What data is processed
The enquiry form securely transmits category, subject, research question, report language, name, email address and consent version to this platform. Information is stored in the project database to handle the enquiry. No automated email is sent.
Responsibility and approval
Verified contact details for the data controller and complete legal information are still missing. This is therefore not a final privacy notice for public commercial operation. Use non-sensitive test data in the public preview.
Retention and spam protection
Enquiries older than 30 days are deleted the next time a security question is requested. This is not scheduled deletion. Short-lived security questions and a daily hash of the requesting IP address or user identifier limit abuse. The form does not store raw IP addresses in its database. Hosting logs may be processed separately.
Tools, market data and cookies
The free calculation tools process input in the current browser tab. Only information submitted through the enquiry form is stored. Market data is fetched server-side from CoinGecko. No advertising trackers or newsletter features are implemented. The hosting platform may use access cookies required for operation.
To complete before public launch
Controller and privacy contact, legal bases, processing agreements, storage locations and potential international transfers, data subject rights, supervisory authority and deletion procedures must be reviewed against the actual operator and hosting configuration.
